About these terms
These terms are an agreement between Leadify (Pty) Ltd, a South African company with registration number 2016/455880/07 ("Leadify", "we", "us"), and the organization you create or join on Leadify SecureMark ("SecureMark"). By creating an account or using SecureMark you accept them on your organization's behalf, and confirm you're authorized to do so.
The service
SecureMark collects the DMARC reports that email providers send about your domains and shows which servers send email as them, whether that mail passes SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and whether your policy can safely be made stricter. What we can show depends on the reports providers choose to send, which may be incomplete or late.
Your account
- Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in secure.
- You decide who joins your organization and what they can do, and you're responsible for what they do in SecureMark.
- Tell us at support@leadify.biz if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Your domains
Only add domains your organization owns or is authorized to manage. We check this through DNS, and we can remove a domain if we find it isn't yours.
Our recommendations and your DNS
SecureMark suggests DNS changes, such as when to move your DMARC policy to quarantine or reject, based on the reports we've received. These are guidance, not instructions. You decide whether to make a change, and you make it yourself in your own DNS. A stricter policy tells receivers to send to spam, or refuse, mail that fails DMARC, and that can include legitimate mail from senders that didn't appear in your reports or aren't set up correctly. Check that you recognize every sender before you tighten your policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use SecureMark to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- try to get into accounts, organizations or data that aren't yours;
- disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or put unreasonable load on it;
- resell or provide the service to others, unless we've agreed to it in writing.
Plans and payment
Your plan sets how many domains and users you can have, and how far back you can see reports. Our plans and their prices are on our pricing page, and prices are shown excluding VAT.
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are invoiced when you ask to move to one, monthly or yearly, and you can ask to move back. Nothing you use will start costing money without your agreement: we'll email your organization's owners at least 30 days before any change to what your plan includes.
Your data
The data in your reports is yours. You allow us to collect, store and process it to provide SecureMark to you, as our privacy policy describes. We don't use it for anything else.
Availability
We work to keep SecureMark running and your data safe, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may need to take it offline for maintenance. Reports sent while it's offline are collected when it's back.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. That includes mail that's delayed, sent to spam or refused because of DNS changes you make, and lost profit or business. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, doesn't allow us to limit.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using SecureMark at any time. An organization's owners can delete it from its settings page, which deletes its domains, report data, team and settings straight away. To have your own account deleted as well, email support@leadify.biz.
We can suspend or close an account or organization if it breaks these terms, and will tell you why. Once we close one, we delete its data, except records the law requires us to keep.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email your organization's owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using SecureMark after that, you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes go to the South African courts that have jurisdiction.
